So before Black and Green came out, I did a lot of speculating as to what the title could mean because it seems none of the titles for this series only mean one thing.

In this book, the boys seem divided into 2 sides. One group wanted to wait to collect information and the other team wanted to pull Sang out now. Mr. Blackbourne and Dr. Green are seen going head to head and campaigning for their opposing views. Yet we also see that Kota and North are also on opposite sides of this argument. Black and Green are North and Kota' s favorite colors respectively. Yet we also see the black and green come into play with Sean's mother and the stories from their past in the Academy. Just a random thought.

Good analysis! I just assumed the title was referring to Mr Blackbourne and Dr Green's names. I never dug deeper and considered how it could also refer to certain characters' favorite colours. Well done, I think you're on to something.

I have to admit...
When considering the title
Black and Green
I couldn't help but ask myself

Will olives be involved?
